I'm Adam.

At BCG X Ventures, my job is to lead multidisciplinary teams (20-100 people) and work closely with senior clients to create and launch fully functioning, corporate-backed ventures/startups.

This includes driving & fostering collaboration across our holistic team + client, planning multiple work streams, establishing overarching product vision & strategy, and relentlessly pursuing harmony between product desirability, technical feasibility, and business viability.
